Terms and Conditions
Dietary Needs
Advise of all special dietary or allergy requirements no later than 5 working days from the event.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations or menu changes must be confirmed no later than 3 weeks before the event date and will be considered final at that time.
Final Numbers
Please confirm final guest numbers no later than 2 weeks before the event date. Decreases will not reduce the final invoice.
Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for events outside of our control (natural disaster, lockdowns, power outage, etc.)
Extra Charges
Additional charges may apply for staffing, service, hire of wine glasses, additional cutlery, or any other requested items or services not included in the standard menu. These will be itemised and communicated to you prior to your event.
