We welcome catering requests from all university departments, staff, student organizations, and approved campus functions. We also offer convenient packaged food orders, ideal for takeaway. External groups hosting events on campus are warmly invited to enquire as well.
How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our online form. Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm availability and send you a quote.
How much notice is required for catering bookings?
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. However, we'll always do our best to accommodate short-notice requests whenever possible.
Can you cater for special dietary needs?
Absolutely! We offer gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and halal options. Please let us know your requirements when booking.
Can I customise the menu?
Yes, our menus are flexible. We’re happy to tailor food and presentation to suit your event, budget, and theme.
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order typically covers 50 guests, but it may vary depending on your catering style or multiple sittings. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
How do I pay?
University departments are required to provide a purchase order number. External clients can make payment via invoice or online banking.
Are your prices GST exclusive or inclusive?
All prices are exclusive of GST. GST will be added to your final invoice.
Do you deliver to all university departments?
Yes, we deliver across all university campuses. Please inquire as extra delivery or setup fees may apply depending on location and requirements. Also, please include your building and room number when ordering.
Do you provide setup and cleanup?
Yes. We handle setup, serving, and post-event cleanup. Service fees may apply based on the level required.
What if my guest numbers change?
Final numbers are required two weeks before the event. Major changes after this may affect costs or menu item availability.
Can you provide staff for service?
Yes, we offer professional staff for service, beverage stations, and buffet setups. Rates are provided upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within one week of the event may incur charges for any food that has already been prepared or ordered.
Do you supply equipment, crockery, or tablecloths?
Yes, we can provide these items for hire as part of your catering package.
